Friends of Coldean Woods

Friends of Coldean woods are a group who meet opposite the Hikers Rest pub in Coldean Lane on the second Saturday of each month from 10am to 12 noon.
We work in the woods from Coldean lane up to the by-pass. Recently we created a new path and steps up to the lower bridge. Other tasks we do include Tree thinning, litter picking, planting trees and bulbs and maintaining trees.

New volunteers of all ages are always welcome.
